Links

The following list of associations, support groups, websites and blogs has been complied by many patients of AOSD. We felt it important to give other patients an idea of other places to get information. The list is by no means exhaustive and is provided simply as a place to start (though of course we can't be held responsible for anything published on these sites!). If you come across anything that is not listed here and you think it should be, then please do let us know!

This is where the majority of us involved in PASDA met for the first time; using the public forums on the Arthritis Care website. This link takes you to the main Arthritis Care website where you can get the most current information on Still's Disease and its treatments. If you want to talk to fellow sufferers, the best link to use is the one to the right which links directly to our dedicated forum.

This Adult-Onset Stills Disease Support Group on Facebook has over 500 members and is a great way to talk to other patients and share stories. You will need a Facebook account to access it, but you do not need to join the group to see the comments, unless you want to post any information yourself or comment on anyone else's.

This link takes you directly to the Arthritis Care public chat-room in which many of us behind PASDA actually met one another. Come  and join in the conversation! Please note you will need to set up a profile for yourself with Arthritis Care in order to make comments on the forum, but this is very easy and doesn't take long to do. You can also stay completely anonymous if you'd prefer.

Yes, yes, we know AOSD is not Rheumatoid Arthritis! But trust us on this, this website actually has a few good pieces on AOSD, and of course RA is very much connected in its symptoms, so lots of us have been diagnosed with RA too. It's worth taking a look.

Stills Life is an excellent blog written by a patient of AOSD, Laura. She speaks very candidly about all of her experiences so far, including her treatments and how Still's has affected her life. It is extremely informative reading, and she is always keen to hear from other sufferers.

Sadly, this website doesn't appear to have been updated or monitored for some time, and we can't seem to make  contact with this group. However, the articles that it references are still valid and can give some good information.

Latest articles

Occasionally we find a great news article or research paper written about AOSD, so we'll try to update this section and provide as many links here as possible.  Please do contact us if you've found something useful as well.
